EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS AND
TOURS
Objectives:
To help students for study of social, tourism,
educational, health, economic, culture and environment activities in guided
plan as school or college project work in a field visit program.
To arrange for preparation of a report of UNESCO cultural heritage sites around
Bhaktapur, the report will be combining property of students, school or college
and the organizer.
To walk through heritage boundaries as fun, it will
make students or visitors familiar with hidden treasures.
Procedure:
There
will be orientation for field visit members.
Each visitor will be allocated for separate spot and
will get reusable writing paper. Only the information related to concern spot
should be written. Student may bring exam board to use as writing pad.
Visitors will observe the spot and interview local and
government resource persons to get more information.
The collected information will be rewritten by visitor
in their notebook and make a guidebook or report.
Guidelines:
All students must listen our
spot guideline carefully.
When the allocated spot reaches, guide will tell
them general information and the member will collect information.
The remaining field visit crew will be forwarded to
next spot.
The member who completes their spot observation and
interview should rejoin the crew after a clear note is taken which must be
submitted to the organizer for evaluation. The genuine note will be use in our
field visit ticket and such information will be provided royalty.
Time:
It will take three to four hours to complete the
circuit.
A half an hour Tiffin break will be
allocated.
Visitor will study the spot and
interview resource persons in around ten minutes.
All students must be reached in Tiffin
destination and closing spot in time for attendance. (Punctuality test)
Rules:
Students should help other friends to do their work
and seek help from them as well this will help for + marking.
Students
should eat only in Tiffin break; otherwise, negative mark will be given.
They should not discuss matters outside the objective
of field visit if found – ve mark or point will
be given.
The note paper should be return without folding and
torn out otherwise 50 rupees will fine, and negative point or mark will be
given.
They will also
observe Zoo of Bhaktapur (concept).
Long tour
visitor’s students will stay in local homes.
Evaluation:
Those who write genuine
information will be awarded with positive marks, those who disturb field visit
will punish by negative remarks. The maximum mark obtained by the genius and well-mannered visitor will be full marks. The magnitude of mark is dependent upon strength of + or – writing
and behaviors of visitors as decided by organizers.
